The above diagram shows the system ChildLocate System Architecture and the security features we have put in place to make the system as secure as possible. The overall system is encrypted up to the highest possible standards which make all data transfer through the system totally secure.

The ChildLocate application servers use the THWATE 128-bit SuperCert encryption technology to encrypt all data communications with the customer and other part of the service. All connections to the mobile networks are done using secure connections over HTTPS.

Our customer support team accesses customer details when necessary over a VPN.
